Octo Archivist
Museum-grade archival print.
Printed in Germany.
Limited edition of 250.
The Subterranean Couture collection is a speculative study in adaptive aesthetics, capturing imagined subterranean figures whose instinctive garments—woven from the remnants of human life—express a quiet evolution shaped by observation, survival, and the unexpected poetics of repurposed form.
The Octo Archivist inhabits flooded archives and abandoned data centers beneath cultural sites. Favoring tiled, geometric spaces, it displays a sleek black dome and eight patterned tentacles—believed to encode status and territory. Its garments are curated, not scavenged, constructed from maps, diagrams, and photos—an elegant system of wearable archiving. Known for its still, ritualized “reading” behavior, it catalogues human remnants deep underground. Pristine white boots hint at its clinical precision.

more than meets the eye
Every series begins with an idea—emotional, cultural, or philosophical. Art made not just to fill a wall, but to say something worth hearing. These aren’t just images to admire—they’re invitations to return, reframe, and rediscover something new each time.
